Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only if the service has not been started.

  • Once service delivery has begun, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

  • Service cancellation requests must be sent via email or WhatsApp.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
