REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following categories cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

Flammable liquids or gases

Gift cards

Downloadable software products

Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

Books with obvious signs of use

Opened media products (CD, DVD, VHS, software, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl records)

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by us

Any item returned after 30 days from delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notifying you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Contact your credit card company (posting delays may occur).

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
